Geoff is still at Best Buy and is very close to winning an iPod Touch for getting the most credit applications. In the meantime, he gets a free movie or game for every 20. So he's pretty happy with work.
I'm out of work at the moment. I briefly worked at a day care across the street, but I HATED it.
Working for snobby kids and bosses who think day care should be my heart's desire wasn't anything worth getting up for. So when they didn't approve my trip home a couple of weeks ago or our trip to Alaska next week, I quit. I've been dropping applications in tons of places and actually hope to get on the Geek Squad and work at Best Buy with Geoff. With one car, this would be so much easier to do!In the meantime, I'm finding and creating hobbies. I got a keyboard to work on my rusty piano skills, I'm working on family history (I'll post stuff at the end), xBox version of Settlers of Catan, and I've just decided to take up a bit of jewelry making. I fixed several of the necklaces Grandma gave me and then created some sets of my own. Check them out:

The dogs are doing better at being trained. Step by step they'll learn what's ok and what's not... until we make the move to Alaska and traumatize them with the several day drive. (Me too for that matter).

Alaska is still calling our name. We're looking to probably move there this summer when things thaw out and we can make the terribly long drive. The trip up there next week will tell if we still think it's where we're going.
I'm officially graduated now- I got my diploma a week or so ago. I'll be officially certified soon-ish. The last part of the terrible Praxis test will be right after our trip and then I'll have to go through the state for the actual certifying process (and Idaho is so much fun to deal with for such things).
That's pretty much the basics of our life at the moment. No squirrels... wait, that's not true. There was a frozen one outside by our steps the other day. It was gross and I had to shovel it to the trash. But no LIVE squirrels in our house since the last one. No crazy cop stories in our neighborhood lately, and nothing too out of the ordinary when you consider we're in Idaho.

Also, can I get help identifying where these people fit in our family: (I took all these pictures from Gma Crouse and I don't know these people)
